Quick start

1. Create your account

Sign up as a Client, Contractor or Agency. Confirm the verification code we email you — the account is inactive until you do.

2. Verify

Open your dashboard. The verification bubble shows exactly what's missing and links each step:

• Clients & agencies need one tier only: connect payments (Stripe).
• Contractors climb the full ladder: payments → identity (KYC) → Lucy AI screening. You appear in search once Lucy-verified.

3. Complete your profile

The bubble also tracks profile completeness — photo, description, rates, industry, experience level, skills, certifications and postcode (used for distance matching). A complete profile ranks and converts better.

4. Do your first thing

• Client? Hit Post with Lucy on your dashboard — describe the role in two sentences and the wizard fills the entire posting. See Posting work.
• Contractor? Open Search Projects, filter by your skills and distance, and send your first proposal.
