Disputes

Either side can dispute a timesheet. An open dispute:

• blocks that timesheet's payment until resolved,
• pauses the auto-approve clock,
• opens a mediation conversation with Lucy, who works the issue with both parties before any human gets involved,
• escalates to platform admins only if mediation fails.

Open disputes surface in both parties' dashboard bubbles until closed.

Feedback

After the work, each side leaves feedback once per contract per side: five rating categories averaged into a score, plus a comment.

Feedback feeds the contractor's public rating (and the grid's rating filter), shows on the recipient's dashboard, and completed contracts increment the "projects completed" stat on contractor cards.
