The money loop

Approving a timesheet generates the invoice (issued in the contractor's name, VAT-aware, PDF download). Paying it releases the payout to the contractor's connected Stripe account — minus the platform fee.

The platform fee

A configurable percentage (see the posting terms for the current rate), deducted automatically at payout. The admin decides which side of the transaction bears it. There is nothing to invoice and nothing to chase — the fee is part of the flow.

Where to see your money

• Profile → Invoices & Payments — every invoice and payout with PDFs.
• Dashboard — Earned (contractors) or Spend (clients) with year-over-year and the paid-vs-projected activity chart.
• Contract card — per-contract timesheet totals.

Currency is GBP platform-wide today (per-region currencies are on the roadmap).
